1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of fastpropressurewashing.com and to the services Fast Pro Pressure Washing ("Fast Pro", "we", "us") provides to you. By using the website, or by asking us to do work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.

If you and Fast Pro agree to a written quote or work order that differs from these Terms, the written quote or work order controls for that job.

2. Our services

We provide residential pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and driveway and patio cleaning in Florida, Texas, California, Ohio and New Jersey. Service is not available in every location. Same-day and emergency service depends on crew availability, location and demand, and we cannot guarantee it.

We may decline or stop a job if we think the work is unsafe, if the surface is unsuitable for cleaning, or if we cannot get the access we need.

3. Quotes, scheduling and payment

Quotes are free. We base each quote on what you tell us about the property and the surfaces to clean. If the property turns out to be different from what you described, we will tell you before we continue and agree any change in price with you first.

Appointment times are our best estimate. Weather, safety and earlier jobs running long can move a time, and we will let you know as soon as we can.

We will tell you the price, and when payment is due, before the work starts.

4. What we need from you

• You own the property or have the owner's permission to book the work.
• We can reach the areas to be cleaned. Please tell us about gates, locked areas, pets, and water or power access before we arrive.
• Cars, furniture, plants and personal items are moved away from the areas we will clean, or you tell us which ones to work around.
• You tell us about known problems, such as loose or peeling paint, cracked or leaking windows, damaged siding or roofing, loose mortar, exposed wiring, and fixtures that are not sealed.

5. About the work and its limits

Pressure washing and soft washing remove dirt, algae, mildew and other buildup. We choose the method and pressure to suit each surface. Cleaning can show or worsen damage that was already there, such as failing paint, rot, cracked caulk or old seals. We are not responsible for damage that came from a condition that already existed.

Results vary. Some stains, such as rust, etching, oil, and marks that have soaked deep into a surface, may not come out fully. Surfaces can look different once they are clean. We will tell you what we expect before we start.

6. If something is not right

Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem, ideally before the crew leaves. Call us at 813-536-7337. We will look at it and tell you how we will make it right.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling

Please call us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. If a fee applies, we will tell you before the work is booked.

8. Using the website

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reuse our text, photos, logo or design without our written permission. They belong to Fast Pro or are used with permission.
• Do not try to disrupt the website or access parts of it you are not meant to.

Some photos on the website may show models or actors, not our customers or crew. The information on the website is general and is not professional advice for your property.

9. Other websites

The website links to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. No other promises

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties, express or implied, except those in a written quote or work order.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fast Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for our own gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

12. Your responsibility for claims

You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you gave us false information, because you did not have the right to authorize the work, or because you did not tell us about a known hazard.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking it through will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. A booked job follows the Terms in effect when it was booked.
