Three methods, and one rule for choosing
The wrong method is how pressure washing earns a bad name. We use the gentlest one that gets the surface clean.
Pressure washing
Concrete driveways and walks, brick and block, fences, retaining walls, dumpster pads and parking areas. Force does the work here, and a surface cleaner on flat areas keeps the finish even.
Clears: Oil, rust runoff, tire marks, ground-in dirt
Soft washing
Roofs, vinyl and painted siding, stucco and screens. A cleaning solution kills the algae and mildew, and a gentle rinse carries it off. Nothing gets blasted, so water doesn't end up behind siding and granules stay on the shingle.
Clears: Black streaks, green film, mildew, pollen
Hand washing
Windows, frames, sills and tracks, washed by hand and squeegeed. No pressure touches the glass or its seals, and the tracks get cleaned too, since that's where most of the grit collects.
